For digital technology, people can use some software such as photoshop or illustrator to create lots of effects. But, using analog technology need more skills or tools to assist. For example, using flash light can increase the brightness of photos. Second, through digital method, creating illogical images is more easier and natural. But why people are still using tradition camara? I think it's because people enjoy the process of taking photos with effects and want to create their own magic moments. The effect shown in a traditional camara can not expected because the results can be affected by tiny changes of enviroment. In photoshop, the "effect" is just a database, it's imitative.

I agree that using analog technology needs more skills since we need to form a good composition before taking a shot. Sometime we need to wait for a magic moment to take a best shot.
